Wall

The wall is equipped with 4 sets of steel reinforcement ribs in the middle and 4 sets of steel composite beams on the top. It adopts a socket-type flame-retardant EPS composite board, and the outer side is covered with a "Longxiang" special protective film to improve the anti-corrosion and rust resistance and extend the service life. The thickness is 75mm, and the inner and outer δ0.426mm color steel plate; internal filling: flame-retardant EPS foam, bulk density 10 kg. The frame of the room is made of galvanized steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with high temperature plastic, which has good anti-rust and pressure sealing effect.

Lighting system

26 sets of upper row lights * 4 pieces = 104pcs* 16W lamps, with 18 sets of 4 pieces = 72pcs* 16W vertical side lights. LED high-efficiency energy-saving lamps, galvanized sheet spray-coated light box shell, 3C quality certified tempered glass translucent panel. Illuminance: ≥800LUX.

Cabinet device

The fan box is made of spray-coated profiles and steel plates with external protective film to improve corrosion resistance and rust resistance and extend service life; the super-large fan box can fully meet the air intake and exhaust needs of the baking room; the high-position air supply unit greatly improves the air supply efficiency of the fan; the exhaust duct is composed of galvanized plate common plate flange duct made by professional equipment, which is sturdy and durable; it comes standard with 6-section air ducts and 3 elbows, and the single-section size is 900*900*910mm square.

Supply and exhaust fan base

Heating system

Equipped with 3sets* Riello RG5S oil burners, with a maximum calorific value of 780,000 kcal/h, and equipped with pneumatic spray and baking automatic conversion dampers. The heat exchanger is made of 1.2 mm thick SUS304 high-quality stainless steel argon arc welding and matched with a large-diameter 65 mm explosion-proof port. It has a reasonable structure, is safe and reliable, has a large heat exchange area, and has a high thermal energy utilization rate. The heat exchange rate can reach 87.1%.

Filtration system

Primary filtration, G2 grade, filtration effect ＞83%, produced with Italian technology, effectively captures dust particles larger than 10um. Sub-high efficiency filtration, EU5 grade high efficiency filtration, produced with Dutch technology, can efficiently capture dust particles larger than 4um, with a capture rate of ≥99%, and built-in filter cotton bracket for easy replacement of filter cotton. Glass wool filtration, filtration effect ＞70%, adsorbs dust and particulate matter in paint mist. M-type activated carbon filtration and single-layer flat glass fiber filtration, G4 grade, dust purification rate ≥85%. The entire purification system has a large dust holding capacity, low wind resistance, long life, a filtration rate of 98%, and a TSP value ≤1.4㎎/m3.

Electronic control system
