Ventilation system

Front door

Single-opening main door with three panels, 3300*3400mm (W*H), colour: white, high-strength aluminium alloy profile edged door, externally covered with 'Longxiang' special protective film to enhance corrosion and rust resistance and extend service life, equipped with an extra-large tempered glass observation window, dedicated luxury jumbo bolt, square tube guide post, aluminium alloy hinges; the sealing groove box is equipped with matching special sealing strips;

Working door

2 sets, 650*2000mm (W*H), colour: white, high-strength aluminium alloy framed doors, equipped with extra-large tempered glass observation windows, with matching pressure locks to prevent damage to the baking room from exceeding normal pressure, safe and durable.

Wall panel

The wall panels use tongue-and-groove type flame-retardant EPS composite boards, with the exterior covered with special “LongXiang” protective film to enhance corrosion and rust resistance and prolong service life, thickness 75mm, inner and outer δ0.426mm colour-coated steel plates; core material: flame-retardant EPS foam, density 10kg. The frame of the house is made of bent galvanized steel plates, with a high-temperature spray-coated surface for good rust resistance, compressive strength, and sealing performance.

Lighting

Top row lights 16 sets * 4 pieces = 64 pieces of 16W tubes, equipped with 10 sets * 4 pieces = 40 pieces of 16W vertical waist lights, high-efficiency LED energy-saving tubes, zinc-plated sheet spray-coated lamp box shell, 3C quality certified tempered glass light-transmitting panel. Illuminance: ≥800LUX.

Cabinet device

The fan box is made of sprayed profiles and steel plates with an additional protective film, enhancing corrosion and rust resistance and extending service life; the extra-large fan box fully meets the air supply and exhaust needs of the baking room; the high-position air supply unit significantly improves fan airflow efficiency; the exhaust duct is made of professionally fabricated galvanised sheet common plate flange ducts, strong and durable; standard configuration includes 4 sections of air ducts and 2 elbows, each section measuring 700*700*910mm square.

Deliver exhaust fan bases (2 sets for cabinet installation)

The air supply is equipped with 4 double-inlet centrifugal fans, with the model and reference for a single fan as follows: Model YDW4.5L, power 4.0kw, flow 12500m3/h. The exhaust is equipped with 2 double-inlet centrifugal fans, with the fan model and parameters as follows: Model YDW5.6M, power 7.5kw, flow 20000m3/h. They are compact, have high air volume, low noise, and low vibration; heat and moisture resistant, durable.

Heating system

Optional configuration:

Fuel Heating System: Equipped with 2 Italian-import Riello G20 fuel burners, maximum heat output: 400000 kcal/h. Includes pneumatic spray and automatic switching dampers for baking. The heat exchanger is made of 1.2mm thick SUS304 high-quality stainless steel argon arc welding and is matched with a large-diameter 65mm explosion-proof port, with a reasonable structure, safe and reliable, large heat exchange area, high thermal efficiency, and a heat exchange rate of up to 87.1%.

2. Electric Heating System: Electric heating, double-door infrared baking lamps 3 kW per set, using high-temperature wires. Arranged on both sides of the room are 42 sets of 3 kW heaters. Total power: 126 kW. Controlled separately by grouped contactors. Maximum operating temperature: 60°C, heating speed (20-60°C): 15-40 min.

Filtration system

Primary filter, G2 grade, filtration efficiency 83%, produced with Italian technology, effectively captures dust particles larger than 10um. Sub-high-efficiency filter, EU5 grade, highly efficient filtration, produced with Dutch technology, can efficiently capture dust particles larger than 4um, with a capture rate of ≥99%, embedded filter cotton frame, convenient for replacing filter cotton. Glass fibre cotton filter, filtration efficiency 70%, adsorbs dust and particles in paint mist. M-type activated carbon filter and single-layer flat glass fibre filter, G4 grade, dust purification rate ≥85%. The entire purification system has a large dust capacity, low air resistance, long lifespan, filtration rate of 98%, TSP value ≤1.4mg/m3.

Electronic control system

The main components are selected from well-known domestic brands, with careful design, ensuring that the entire system is stable, reliable, convenient and accurate. The main circuit is equipped with protections against overcurrent, overload, short circuit and phase loss, and automatically displays the entire working process and fault status. It features lighting switches, temperature and time settings, normal temperature painting, heating painting, painting switch, emergency stop switch, fault alarm, overtemperature alarm and cumulative hours, allowing the user to complete the overall work settings at once.
